Please children, mummy knows best!

Children I know that you are very poorly with the piece of shit they call the "flu" but please take this medicine...

Please drink your milk....

Mummy knows best.

Children I know that you are poorly but please accept the cuddles your screaming so much for! Instead of crying to be picked up, then not wanting to be touched!

Please eat your porridge for breakfast so there is something in your little tummies, Instead of spitting it out and then crying because you are hungary.

Mummy knows best.

Children I know that you are poorly but please take your naps it will make you feel a little better, Instead of crying because your so tired but refusing to give in!

Please take your medicine, instead of me having to wrestle you to the floor to try and quickly squeeze it into your firm shut mouth whilst trying not to choke you!

Mummy knows best.

Children I know that you are poorly but please eat some dinner,

Please drink your water.

Mummy knows best.

Children I know that you are poorly but please stay in the bath, stop climbing out,

Please take your medicine, your temp is 41 and you need to cool down!!

Mummy knows best.

Children I know you are poorly but please go to bed,

Please sleep, please children SLEEP. You must be tired you have been awake all day and at least 5 hours throughout the night!! surely that crying tires you out??  please, sleep.

Mummy knows best and she needs her fucking sleep!!

love your sleep deprived, zombie looking mummy!

  1. What an honest post. I've certainly pleaded with mine to sleep (in my head) - although it's been 3.5 years now and she's slept through three times so I don't think it's working. I really hope you get some sleep soon! #sharingthebloglove

  4. Oh, I can relate to this! My son is a stubborn one and was born with no concept of the need for sleep - something that continues now. He absolutely needs his sleep though - he's a horrible grump without his nap! Thanks for joining us at #SharingtheBlogLove
